How to attend the online conference

(Virtual Room Protocols)

If you are a spectator

  • The virtual conference can be accessed via the links given on the program and on the conference website. On the website, all information can be found in the “program” tab.

  • The password to access the Zoom rooms was communicated privately via your inscription email.

  • You will be able to activate your webcam during all presentations. However, you can only activate your microphone at the request of one of the meeting leaders, to interact to a presentation.

  • During the parallel sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the interventions by sending a message directly to the discussion tab of the Zoom room, you can either ask your question in writing or request to ask this question orally.

  • During plenary sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the interventions by sending a message to one of the session moderators. Online conversation is limited due to the Youtube broadcast at the same time. The questions will be read at the end by the chairpersons of the session.

If you are a speaker

On-site intervention:

  • The slides must be sent in advance to the technical chair and / or the scientific chair, it will not be possible to bring your own PC for the presentation. The passage between slides will be ensured by the technical chair.

  • After the presentation, the scientific chair ensures the question session between the speaker and his or her audience.

Remote intervention:

  • The slides must be sent in advance to the technical chair and / or the scientific chair, in order to limit the impact of the connection on the progress of the presentation. The passage between slides will be ensured by the technical chair.

  • In the event of a connection problem, it will be possible to broadcast the video of the intervention, previously transmitted.

  • After the presentation, the scientific chair ensures the question session between the speaker and his or her audience.

Further notice

The plenary sessions of the conference will be fully recorded and may be rebroadcasted on our website. These plenaries will also be streamed live on YouTube, but these videos will only be accessible by direct link. (Not listed on YouTube)

The technical sessions will be fully recorded and may be rebroadcast on our website, in full or in parts.

The presenters and moderators reserve the right not to broadcast any question or message that is insulting or against the law. They will also have the option of muting a participant's camera or microphone themselves.

The Zoom password sent by email is strictly private, if a non-registered person wishes to attend the meeting, this person must contact us by email. The YouTube link can be broadcast in a restricted circle, but only gives access to the transmission of the conference, not to the asking of questions.
